At Pango Property Management, addressing maintenance issues promptly is a top priority. Tenants should not have to live with unresolved repairs or inconveniences for long. Here is an overview of our process:

For emergency issues that could cause damage or risk health/safety, like no heat in winter, a gas leak, or major plumbing problems, we commit to responding within 2 hours of a call or email from you. A technician will be dispatched ASAP to get the problem fixed.

For non-emergency maintenance items, the goal is to schedule a repair within 2 business days of being notified. Common issues like broken appliances, faulty locks/doors, electrical problems, etc. fall into this category. We’ll assess the problem and schedule the work.

For minor issues or repairs that don’t impact living conditions, like replacing AC filters, unclogging drains, or touching up paint, we aim to complete the job within 5 business days. This allows for parts to be ordered if needed.

In all cases, once the maintenance worker is scheduled, we’ll provide you with a timeframe for when they are expected on-site. Delays are rare but you’ll be promptly updated if anything comes up.
